Top: Dig it out from my closet, it's like my 12 years old clothes.
Skirt: It's an ancient piece of long skirt that I DIY into:
Boots: Have been wearing it since forever
I never really thought I'll be into DIY and doing makeover on old clothes but I did it anyway and I love the result! Anyway I am really into old clothing during the past few days. I was back in my holiday cottage to stay and I ran out of clothing so I decided to put on pieces from my old clothes to see what I can create. So I'm down with this silver lightening clothes, I don't usually wear bling bling but I think bling bling clothing can be quite attractive at times, I love how it's quite catchy and it contrasts with the black skirt so I guess it's an ancient make over.
One of my favorite thing about the whole outfit will be the skirt itself cause the design is irregular and when I DIY it I didn't expect it to be like that but I like it better like that cause it's much more unique and attractive!
So I guess I just might be doing more DIY or even making the outfit pieces by myself soon! Anyway what do you guys think about the outfit ?
I love how polished and put together you are. This look truly shows off your fantastic style and great taste. Gorgeous dress and I love how you paired it with these shoes.

A Tale of Two Shoes
The outfit is cute! I have kept onto old clothing for so long cos as long as it fits I always seem to dig it out for something or other. You get an old dress out and everyone asks if it's new! So I have things from when I was like, 13. And I think DIYing is so original, and not too hard to do if you have a sewing machine. I can never seem to get too much wear out of shoes though - I go through them in a matter of days!
ReplyDeleteAlso thanks for commenting on my Confessional post. It was a pretty deep post so I appreciated it!
