Discovered this cute beanie in my closet that's being forgotten for quite awhile now and decided to style it up with a black x white outfit. Both the top and bottom of the outfit are in lace design which makes it interesting to play around with the design. 

Anyway, yesterday I went to this Korean restaurent "Manbok" for brunch. The food there are simply delicious and affordable~ we ordered the Beef Bulgogi and Kimchi Fish Soup. It's more than enough for 2 and I'll definitely go back and visit the shop again.

Pair up this simple starry cardigan with a white top and shorts for the night since it can be quite humid at night during summer so it'll be best to pair it up with a light material cardigan. 

The hater ombré hat adds some color to the whole outfit to contrast with the black starry cardigan. Recently, I'm really into SnapBack cause I think it's really adorable and can be wore in different ways. 

Currently thinking of getting a few more SnapBack but I just can't seem to find the colors and designs I want. So I'll continue hunting for it until I find the 2nd perfect one that I want.

OOTD: Colorful Mix + Kawaii Sushi

Singapore weather is getting so humid and hot so I fell sick for a couple of time this month, I picked up this simple outfit with a cardigan and shorts for a sick day to look more colorful and less sick. Took the photo at the Botanical Garden Stadium, super nice place to exercise during evening and just chill. 

During the few days that I'm sick and stuff, I kind of took the time off to visit new sushi place in Singapore. There's one in Orchard Gateaway, known as Genki Sushi. It's the cutest sushi place ever, the restaurant serve food in Hello Kitty plate and there's this little train that deliver your food. 

The price is fairly affordable and the portion is just nice, the best thing about the sushi place is that it serve western food. Like a mixture of cultural style so you don't just have to focus on having Japanese food there. 

I'm so blown away by the train, cute plates and high technology ordering system (I kind of still live in the Stone Age of wanting to get my orders down in paper & pen) .

Black & Black never gets out of style, recently just bought this outerwear and decided to style and give it a try. It's a bit like those baseball jacket which made it very chic and cute, comfortable for spring/ summer weather cause the material isn't too thick. 

Also, too much love for crop top. I just can't seems to wear normal T-Shirt or long sleeves shirt cause I find it really weird, maybe it's just me. 

So what do you think about the outfit? Black x Black is it a good choice? 

That's sunny singapore Merlion, have you guys been to Singapore? Anyway, I have decided to be tourist for a day and visited the sea aquarium and walk around Sentosa. It's a wonderful experience and it's super cool to be tourist in the country you lived in for years.

The sea aquarium is a wonderful place to hang out since it's indoor which means you won't have to sweat when you walk around. It also have different sections showcasing different types of sea creatures. You also have close-up experience with the starfish, baby sharks and small fishes by touching them. 

I was nervous like crazy when I know I can actually touch the starfish like I always have phobia touching animals for no reasons. But in the end I did it and it's so amazing to be able to touch it and starfish isn't as scary as I seem. 

So that basically sums up everything, I spend around 1-2 hours inside walking around taking funny photos and everything inside are just so breathtaking which also remind me that there's this whole new world out there that I didn't know about. 

So if you guys have a chance of visiting Singapore, sea aquarium is definetely a place to visit.

Spring is finally here, everything got warmer and hotter so I decided to put together a pretty simple outfit, it's being too long since the last time I wear a midi skirt so I gave it a try since my skirt from http://braceletcandy.tictail.com arrived recently and it's so pretty! 

The skirt is consist of the inner lining and the outer mash-up parts which makes the bottom see-through, I really love this part cause it's unique and the style is absolutely retro and a bit of punk cool in it! It's like I'm back to the 1950s~

There's this topic that keep appearing in my mind like whenever you do something that's a little out of order according to society standard you get weird stares and unnesssary judgement. Like I mentioned recently, I dyed my hair a shade of purple, green, blonde and brown. So I pretty much get stare at whenever I'm out, they are some nice people that are actually staring cause they're amaze and they're some that just give you that disappointing look as if it's some kind of a crime. I know that I totally should have expected this kind of treatment when I decided to go for crazy hair color but I didn't expect such huge reaction. 

Like literally, it's my hair and I can do exactly what I want and I don't need people telling me what I can't and what's right or what's wrong about what I'm doing and hair color obviously don't define who I'm. It's like society set this invisible norms that everyone are suppose to follow once you venture out of the norms you're like the weird little freak. 

But I'm not going to let the invisible standard set me down, it's better to try out new exciting stuff that I actually enjoyed and want rather than live a boring life that I don't exactly enjoy cause I'm the one controlling the life and the rest of the world is just spectaculating it. Just like a football game, the spectator don't exactly control the game right ? (: 

 Anyway, I kind of dig out this suspender from my closet it's kind of being hidden for years in my closet so it's good to let it out and just wear it! I love that suspender can be pair with anything and still look good! What do you think about the outfit and the views that I have? 

Twirling, Laugh and Fall

So yesterday I decided to wear my maxi skirt once again but creating an entirely different look with this, I added a bit of edginess to it with the sneaker to lots of people it might be pretty odd to wear a sneaker with a skirt but to me I think fashion have no limits and I'm willingly to break boundaries. It's also ultra comfortable to walk in and sneaker is my best campinion when it's a shopping date! 

I like the first picture it look as if I have some magical power to lift the skirt up without using any strength. I tried walking around in this outfit at the beach and out shopping along wih dinner so it's proven to be effective and the feet and everything won't feel draggy so yay perfect outfit for a long day when the weather is not as hot! 

That's the place I dined at, it's super vintage and have this horse riding kind of feel but the food portion is too small for my liking. Personally, I prefer food that taste nice and the portion is just right cause I'm quite a big water and when you give me small portion- I'm just like : 

" you gave me good food but in small portion, my stomach just doesn't feel satisfied even after the meal" .

Hi! So that's my first day of Chinese New Year outfit, I am those type of person that rarely wear red and long skirt but I kind of out it together on new year and overall I love it so much! I never know long skirt can be so amazing too and red can be such a pretty nice shade of colors if put together correctly. 

So Chinese New Year celebration have been great, so much good food for me to enjoy and I'm sure I gained a pound or 2. Also due to the enormous amount of time I have, I ended up doing online shopping again which is totally a bad idea! 

New Year is full of fire crackers, food, fun, joy and laughter! Too much of all of that resulted in me falling sick on the 3rd day of the new year, probably I didn't have enough rest and it really doesn't feel great to fall sick like oh gosh what's this horrible feelings. 

I ordered this online, it's another Michael Kors bag! I haven't receive the one I ordered last week, hopefully it'll arrive soon! I gotten this bag cause it's like the red color shade is really bright and eye catching and the bag is just so pretty, I think I can just bring it anywhere and the size is just right to put everything inside. I just hope it arrive soon, so I can use it and post my outfit along with it! A good bag is always a great investment~ 

I also bought Jeggings from Topshop cause I had bad experience with jeans, it just make me look kind of short and baggy so I decided to try out jeggings and hopefully it won't ended up the same ! I am more of a person of high waisted shorts and skirt so hopefully (cross my finger) that it'll turned out great!

Mini Christmas Celebration

Few days ago, I meet up with some of my friends to have a mini Christmas celebration together! It was nice seeing them, having dinner together and chit-chatting. We also did Christmas exchange, the atmosphere was really good! It took me awhile to decide what to wear for the Christmas celebration, I was contemplating about wearing red or green and I ended up with green. 

I kind of look like an elf after looking at those photos for a few times, it's like I'm trying to hide my elf ears using the beanie. Ohh and it's my first time ever wearing a beanie, what do you guys think? Personally I think I look a little bit odd, I need time to grow accustomed to my face with beanie! 

I really like the top cause the green color is just the perfect shade of green, it isn't too dark nor too bright. Sometimes bright color green kind of turns me off cause it's like wearing flashing light on my body, this is like the subtle and forest shade of green! Though I don't usually wear this color at all but I think it'll do for this celebration. 

I just love Christmas celebration so much, it's like catching up with people and I'm so glad I'm able to spend such lovely celebration with all my friends & family. Today I'll be going on another Christmas potluck / BBQ at my house, totally looking forward to it! Will update about the potluck for my next blogpost, stay tuned!

Beach Outfit

Wore something like a white tank top to the beach the other day, the wind and weather was really good and it gotten quite chilly so I bought along my scarf to keep warm and surprisingly it does though it is make out of thin material. 

   It's nice to wear something comfortable that I actually like to the beach, though now I see that the shoe I picked to wear the other day wasn't such a great choice as it has holes at the side and I kind of step onto a paddle and all the water went inside my shoe *yucks* 

That's like the whole design of the scarf that you can see from here, a very dark kind of color with prints and the white color part can only mildly be seen, huge color contrasting difference.
