Cow Hide

"Cow Hide" I gotten this idea from one of the online game I used to play, runescape . Pairing crop top with jeans never get old, it always fits so perfectly. It'll be better if I actually have one of those cardigan to add-on to the whole outfit to create the layering effect but unfortunately I don't so this will make do! 

Denim jeans is my choice for the day as it's a movie weekend, cinema will always be cold and sometimes wearing a skirt will be uncomfortable especially when the movie I choose to watch is " Annabelle" . 

I'm one of those who has a weak heart but I'm a horror movie addict, though 90% of the time I'm not even watching it! I always like the morning part of the horror movie, it's like less creepy but at the night time of the scene it's always all the scary stuff happening!!!

Annabelle on a rate of 0-10 , the scary level will be about 7.5 ! Definitely a must watch~

City Lights+ Sun Protection

Burning under the city light, went shopping at Orchard Road the other day! Miss my daisy skirt so much that I am wearing it again, a simple Lacey crop top with daisy skirt for the day. Perfect for the night time cause there's no sunlight so I can just wear skirt without worrying about sunblock and protection against the sun! 

I'm really into anti-aging during this year and I realize sun is one big aspect that causes aging so I'll try to not go out without sunblock or any sun protection! So night time is absolutely my favorite time of the day~ But I tend to go out during the day too so it's important to have a good rountine. 

Since I'm at this topic, so how do I do my sun protection rountine? 

For Face: 

1) I'll apply sunscreen, BB-Cream with SPF and ensure that it covers my whole face and neck! I'll tend to chose BB cream with high SPF and as for sunscreen, I'll try to reapply every few hours to ensure full coverage and protection! 

For Body: 

1) Sunblock, Sunblock and more Sunblock. Sunblock is very important, I use SPF 50 on my body on areas that are not cover by clothing. 

2) Try to wearing protective clothing, like jeans or long shirt which sometimes is not possible so sunblock does goes a long way in ensuring full protection! 

3) Some people like to carry umbrella or wear big hats? But that's not my style, so I don't actually do that but it's good for sun protection too! 

Lastly, certain amount of sun exposure is actually good for health! This kind of prevention is just for my own personal perferences (: and thank you for reading! Do let me know if you have any other tips for sun protection?

Today I will be creating 2 different style for the day at Cosmopolitan Of Las Vegas,  one of the premier hotel in the area! It's a post dedicated to Vegas.com after their Style director approached me for the styling challenge. 

The above will be the day-time style, something funky and relaxing. Perfect for exploring around Las Vegas, with comfortable Adidas shoes that can last throughout the day without hurting the feet. A perfect zip backpack to carry around necessary stuff, with a crop top and shorts to complete the day time look. 

I think for day-time especially for tourist, it'll be best to aim for the comfortable style instead of looking all too glamorous but making the whole trip uncomfortable due to painful blister, heavy handbags etc. 

 



This will be the Night style, a vintage London Lady Dress with a pair of SSense High Heels. Perfect for any events or dinner at night, accessories like watches and jewelry can never be left out in the whole outfit! The focus of the outfit will be the Moschino's Bag which look classic and cute at the same time.

Whispering Rubbish

That's like my outfit few days back, just a simple over-sized Denim Dress actually I wanted it to fit nicely but I kind of ordered the wrong size so this Over-Sized concept developed in my mind. I am actually a XS but I accidentally clicked L ?! That's why it's like so big and such but well it's airy and I kind of like it so guess it's a YAY~ 

Anyway, today topic is about blogging. I mainly blog about stuff like Fashion, Food etc. But I feel like blogging should not just be restricted to this few topics cause sometimes my brain is quite dead and I can't think of what to post, especially when days I am too lazy to take an #ootd post. Taking #ootd post is actually quite hard, trying to think of new pose (which usually I can't) other than smiling awkwardly at the camera. 

But well, I like blogging cause it's like writing down my thoughts and well sharing my awkward style and food adventure. But there are days, I just want to post about random stuff like: " I got a pimple on my forehead" or " my IPhone screen is being a bitxh to me" , I was kidding about the pimple part. But it's just weird if I post about such stuff. 

Since I am talking about random post, here is one. My IPhone is like dead, the phone look perfectly fine from afar but the screen just doesn't move so I cannot use it! I cannot imagine spending another $350 to fix the phone again. It's like I fixed my IPhone more than 4 times already, careless will definitely be my middle name if I actually have a middle name. 

So I very much prefer using my laptop as compared to my phone now, at least it doesn't lag. Anyway, recently there's this movie called " Annabelle" have anyone actually watch it? I might be planning to watch it tonight, hopefully it won't scare the life out of me. Thank you so much for bearing with me till the last part, here's some cute flowers for you~~~

Finally got the chance to wear the sweater I gotten a week ago, super comfortable though it's not the perfect pieces for hot weather but it's just so adorable that I cannot resist it! Found this hidden cafe at Outram Park, it's located near The Stranger Reunion cafe (just about 2-3 minutes walk straight up). Actually planned to go Stranger's Reunion but the queue was just too long. This cafe offers complimentary bread for their customer, which also meant free of charge bread which taste so delicious that we actually wanted to just eat the bread and not order anything else. But we did ordered something cause it's just awkward not to, we tried the Truffle Fries. 

Price: SGD 9 

The fries is delicious and it take about 3 person to finish this basket, it's like brunch and just so filling. I just can't resist things like fries, it's too tempting that I forget about my diet and everything. This cafe also don't charge their customer service charges, which is absolutely hard to find now.

White Dress

Decided to wear a simple dress today, gotten this dress on an online boutique cause it's just so elegant and worth the price. The dress just fits so perfectly and the V-Neck cut infront looks pretty without being too out of place. Another favorite thing about the dress will be the long sleeves, it kinds of remind me of the oldies movie I watch in which everyone dress up elegantly to attend events and try their best to look classic which is a look that's hard to find in the modern world. 

It's a super tiring day, I woke up at 6 am to go for a run. It's been awhile since I tried running when I'm tired, took awhile to warm my body up and running with my neighbor absolutely makes it more interesting. The air is also much fresher as compared to running in the gym. 

Maybe I'm tired but that's why I look awkward in some of the photos. But overall, I'm really in love with this white dress with all the perfect detail. Definitely will look around more to find pieces like this to add to my collection, it's the time of the month to shop again.
