School Girl & Slappy Cake

Sweater over a black dress, rainy day best choice! It has been raining quite hard lately, so it can get pretty cold for awhile then it'll get quite humid after the rain so I chose this outfit cause it can provide the warmth I needed during the rain and if I feel a little bit hot afterwards I can take out the sweater and it'll just be a simple black dress. 

Super love how the sweater isn't made out of super thick material so I won't sweat under it, sweating when wearing any outfit will be the last thing on my list

Selecting some sauces from the farmer's market at my favorite place, this place sell lots of organic items which is super healthy! 

Went to Slappy Pancake the other day with my friend, to try the pancake and their breakfast set! I was really hungry so I chose the all day breakfast set at like 4pm ? But their portion is very huge and I can't finish it at all. The above is their lemonade drinks, it comes in various flavors : Lavender lemonade and Slappy Lemonade! Super adorable flavors and I absolutely love it~ 

That's their classic breakfast set, it comes with bacons, scramble eggs, toasted bread and lots of potatoes. I feel like it's like 3 person portion? I took like 30 minutes and I still haven't even finish half of it. But it's so yummy, I love how they bake the potatoes! Super refreshing taste (: definitely a place to visit!!

Rider's Café

Something relaxing for café trip, discovering café has been my new habit since my friend introduce my to it! It's really good to try out different café with different theme and feel, so I wore something in a plain color: red and white for the day. It's a off shoulder top with red skater skirt, very vintage feel to go along with the café I'm going! 

The new café we discovered will be Rider's Café, located at Bukit Timah. It's like the area I lived in have all the wonderful food, it's super rural and actually hard to find so taking a cab solved all the problems e.g getting lost or rain. Beside the café there are horse riding areas, farm house and a golf club there. Wanted to ride the horse but it's raining so better luck next time. 

Ordered: The lemon posset & truffle fries along with lime juice to go along. The total price is SGD 28. 

The lemon posset is a refreshing dessert that's perfect for a hot summer day, super yummy with all the blueberries and strawberries! My favorite, it's super sweet! 

The truffle fries is like any other truffle fries just that it isn't the thick fries type, personally prefer thick fries but it's still good! Lime juice is well like juice that taste a bit sour. 

It's funny how we ordered, 3 different flavors : sweet, salted and sour. A challenge for our taste buds! 

Will definitely visit the place again whenever I have time (: thank you for reading.

Finally got the chance to wear the sweater I gotten a week ago, super comfortable though it's not the perfect pieces for hot weather but it's just so adorable that I cannot resist it! So it's good not only on the outlook but also for its multiple uses. The reasons I carried 2 mineral waters was cause of the horrible weather and haze.

Found this hidden cafe at Outram Park, it's located near The Stranger Reunion cafe (just about 2-3 minutes walk straight up). Actually planned to go Stranger's Reunion but the queue was just too long. This cafe offers complimentary bread for their customer, which also meant free of charge bread which taste so delicious that we actually wanted to just eat the bread and not order anything else. But we did ordered something cause it's just awkward not to, we tried the Truffle Fries. 

Price: SGD 9 

The fries is delicious and it take about 3 person to finish this basket, it's like brunch and just so filling. I just can't resist things like fries, it's too tempting that I forget about my diet and everything. This cafe also don't charge their customer service charges, which is absolutely hard to find now.

Color Pop

Matching the pastel color pants and polka dot crop top for the day for the outdoor cycling day. Decided to go for something casual so that cycling will be easy and not be a hinder. 

Decided to go cycling around East Coast Park on a Monday, I think actually cycling around weekday is perfect cause there are not many people around so it's less noisy and the place is also less crowded with the perfect scenary to enjoy. East Coast Park bike rental also have a 1 hour free 1 hour promotion on a weekday. It's also healthy to workout a little with biking~ 

Other than biking, we also went there to picnic. We cooked the food beforehand and bring it there, what's on the menu: 

#1 : Breakfast Mash consist of: 

- Ham, Eggs, Sausages, Crabmeat 

#2 : Healthy Fruity Boost 

- Strawberry, Apple, Banana 

#3 : Bread Lover 

- Fried Bread with eggs 

We managed to finish 3/4 of it and my favorite dish will be the Healthy Fruity Boost but nevertheless it's super fun to picnic there to enjoy the wind and take in all the nice scenery! Totally the best way to start off my Monday.

Angelic x Halo

I'm going to talk about free but fun date later on in the post for now let's talk about my outfit, do stay tuned. 

Lacey white top with a little see through effect, perfect pieces for the hot and sunny weather. White x White will never get old and it can be interesting to try out differen combination. People might think that white x white will always create the same feel or same design but in actual facts, it's different every time by trying out different top or bottom or even the accessories / shoes. 

My favorite part of this whole outfit will be the white skirt cause it's like skirt with shorts so I can run around freely as if I'm wearing a shorts and still look feminine with the skirt. 

So let's talk about the free and fun date, at first we wanted to go the Science Centre but by the time we finish our meal it's already 5pm and the Science Centre closes at 6pm so we decided to explore around Science Centre. 

Around the science centre, there are lots of free and fun activities to do like the swing, balancing stuff, equations to solve, echoing thing. It's like totally fun to try every single thing there, it's like a scientific playground! 

I think it'll be a fun dating place to go with your boyfriend for a play date!

Checkered Shirt

The weather has been unbearable recently, super hot but it isn't really sunny so I picked out something simple for the day. Matching denim shorts with white top will never goes wrong, since I'll be shopping in Orchard that's why I'm wearing the checkered jacket so I won't turn into a snowman while shopping since the air condition can be a little too cold at times. 

Also comfortable will be the key point to note while shopping, another reason why I decided to pick this sneaker to accompany me throughout the day. It gives me a little extra height boost and it's still comfortable when I walk around a lot. Sometimes I just can't with heels, after awhile my feet will be so painful or ended up with blister: totally not the perfect sight for a shopping trip. 

Astons! It's been awhile since I last went there for dinner and yesterday I had the chance to have Astons with my friend (: , we went to the one located at scape! Luckily we went there at the off-peak hours so no waiting was required, ordered the black pepper chicken! Super delicious and it's only SGD 8.90 with 2 side dishes. Perfect dining place for student~

Bunny

It has been ages since I last wore the starry outerwear, miss it so much! It's so adorable and never once I regretted getting it. Have been wearing the beach sandals recently cause I gotten blister from wearing heels but it's still as comfortable! Giving my feet a break from all the heels and platform. 

Anyway I went to try the Cold Noodle 냉면 today at Manbok cause I have got sudden cravings for cold food! It was super delicious even though I was skeptical about it at first cause there's vinegar and some mustard sauce inside the cold noodle then I'm not really a big fans of any sauces. 

It turned out to be good like it's an upgrade of Japanese Soba, much colder and taste nicer! Also the Cold Noodle price at Manbok is totally affordable, SGD 10 for a bowl during lunch time! Will definitely go there often since it's near my house.

Charlie Brown Café

Charlie Brown Café, I went to the one located at cineleisure. I went there with my bestfriend during the lunch hour and there's this special promotion: 

SGD 8.80 for student, it's like a set meal consist of a main dish, soup and drink. If you pay an additional $4, there will be having a pancake or crepes to chose from! 

Really love the Charlie Brown Café design, super adorable and cute! Cooling environment and the services are really good(: . We ordered the spaghetti bolognese & fish and chips. Their portion is just nice for one person and it taste good!! 

We also ordered the pancake, the strawberry flavor one! Super savour and I love the prints on the pancake, perfect decoration and good to snap photo! 

I think this is like the perfect café to visit to spend lots of time there to chit chat since it's not very crowded or noisy. (: have you guys try this café before ?

Farmart Adventure + OOTD

Farmart : 67 Sungei Tengah Road, Singapore 699008 

Discovered this Farmart while googling for places to go in Singapore, this farm is located near Choa Chu Kang Mrt station, the bus stop opposite Choa Chu Kang Mrt Bus 975 can take you to the place! 

Super chilling location that doesn't look like it is in Singapore, it's like a short vacation away from all the stress! There are lots of tree and it's away from the bustling city. The best thing about Farmart is that there are lots of activities to do there. 

That's the entrance, looks super cute and welcoming! It's like a mini holiday villa. There are like parrot show, animal feeding place, pet shop, bakery shop, prawning area and a restaurant there. Don't need to be worry about getting lost there cause it's like a square in which everything is connected. 

Parrot show! There are like lots of parrot and birds there, I was a bit scare cause some of the parrot really look fierce so I didn't touch them but here is a close up photo of the bird! 

Puppy from the pet shop, looks super adorable! Absolutely made me think about my puppy that I discovered the other day. 

Prawning! 2nd time trying it out, it cost around $18 per hour for the pole, prawn food and nets. We rented it for an hour, it was a fun experience to try out together. Didn't have much luck with catching prawn, it looks super easy but it was quite hard to catch it! But there are like pros there that catches more than 20 prawns, sigh! But one is better than nothing, prawning is good to sit and chill while talking and cracking funny jokes. 

The prawn can be BBQ there or can bring back to marinate to cook whatever style you want!  

OOTD for the adventure, wore a simple dress and a floral bag to match with the outdoor theme! Dress is the best choice when it's meant for a long day cause it doesn't irritate and it's very cooling for a hot and humid day. 

The floral tote bag is to go along with the dress to create the outdoor bohemian look, tote bag is soft and big enough to put almost everything. It isn't heavy and it's the next best choice compare to a back pack even though back pack is super nice and convenient but for me dress + back pack doesn't seems to go along well together. It just seems so out of the picture, tote bag is the best choice. 

Since it's a going to a farm outing, it's better to wear something simple and adorable to match with the serene environment.
